What are your lease terms?

Our leases are 12 month periods. A lease is a legally binding contract for a set period at a set price. Breaking a lease will typically carry costs and penalties associated with finding a tenant to replace you. Leases carry the same weight as a bank loan would and we encourage tenants to take them very seriously.

Do your rentals come furnished?

Currently we are not offering furnished rentals. There are companies that do offer furniture for rent in the area.

What is your application process?

We have an online applications. If applicable we may request additional information such as a paystub or proof of income. We will also contact references. We try to process applications with in 2 business days.

What are you policies on pets?

We are pet friendly but all pets must be approved in advance. Certain pets are restricted. There will be additional fees and/or deposits for approved pets.

What is your smoking policy?

All our rentals are non-smoking.

How do I request maintenance or get questions answered?

On the website we have a service request that tenants can fill out and submit if they have questions or requests. We try to respond to requests within 24 hours. If it is a time sensitive issues, someone can be reached at 715-340-2242.
